How to Catch a Cheating Spouse – by Sarah Paul

Price: $37.00

Rating: *****

Advantages:

  • Very easy to read style of writing and logical structure.
  • Excellent bonus ebook on spyware available.
  • Very detailed information provided about the signs people show when trying to hide an affair.
  • Covers everything you need to know – from preparing to start your surveillance of your partner through to protecting yourself and your finances.

Disadvantages:

  • We would like to see some bullet points and other layout options that make it easy to see what the key points are.
  • Concerned that some of the ’spot a liar’ chapter’s information is out of date.
  • Keylogging software is not independently tested for spyware, adware and viruses – we don’t recommend you download this.  Instead check out the keyloggers we recommend that are guaranteed clean (and one has a 7 day free trial).

The Bonuses

  • This book comes with an excellent bonus package including a spyware ebook, giving you information on tools (both cheap and costly) that can help you gather proof that your partner is cheating.
  • It also comes with free keylogger software – but as this software is not guaranteed to be virus-free by Softpedia (or some other external organization) so we were hesitant to download it.  We recommend trying some of the other software we review on this site (most with free trials), we are be nervous about downloading something that leaves your computer open to surveillance and viruses.
  • She offers one free personal email consultation, and she follows you up making sure you don’t need any help.  Great personal service.

eBook Contents

Sarah Paul’s book has been around for a number of years and still is an excellent and recommended resource on infidelity and how to catch your partner cheating.  This is a detailed review and look at what the book’s contents are.

The book is broken into 26 short chapters and is 124 pages long.  She writes in a very easy-to-read manner, and the layout of the book helps with this as there are a good number of photographs and lots of space.

The final 20 pages is dedicated to a survey Paul has done with over 2000 of her readers.  It is by no means a scientific survey as the sample isn’t balanced as it comes only from her readers, but it still makes interesting reading covering what signs people think signal trouble in a relationship.

The earlier chapters can be broken into 7 categories:

  1. Preparing yourself to discover the truth about your partner: looking at what infidelity means to you; how to prepare yourself for the worst; how the truth might affect you;
  2. A short infidelity quiz that gives you a rating of how likely your partner will cheat – based on the information on the survey at the end of the book.
  3. Life after infidelity – this is a very short section on what your options are after finding out.  If you want a lot of information about this topic, this is probably not the book for you or you will need another book to help you decide what to do.
  4. The signs that your partner might show – Paul goes into this part in a lot of detail, looking at slip-ups your partner might do, their travel pattern, sex habits, what they do to trick you; and then she shows you ways to actively search for signs.
  5. Surveillance – included in this section is technological gadgets that might help you to monitor what your partner is doing – the spyware ebook included in this package supplements this section, giving you plenty of detail.  She also looks at ways to find out who they have been calling through reverse phone look-ups and also tactics you can try to speed things up a bit – a few traps you can set so your surveillance shows results faster.
  6. Spotting liars – this is a detailed chapter but the reading I have done into experts on this topic doesn’t support what she is saying – perhaps it is older information (and things you expect like crossing arms is defensive, fidgeting shows they are uncomfortable).  Experts I have read say that an experienced liar will be very clever about hiding signs and that trying to see if someone is lying is very hard (almost impossible) to do.  I think the best thing to do is take this section with a grain of salt as she doesn’t specify where she gets her information from.
  7. Things to finally consider – Paul finishes her ebook with some important topics: dealing with family and friends, what to do if your partner leaves  and protecting your finances.  All covered in details and important if you are going to protect yourself

Conclusinfidelityion

All in all an excellent package – highly recommended – just like all the ebooks we review here, it has a money-back guarantee so if you change your mind for any reason, you get your cash back.  Just a word of warning though – her ad page has one of those very annoying voice overs – so put your computer on mute before clicking though!
