We are two women who have been cheated on – so we know what it feels like to face infidelity. In the wake of finding out and working out what to do, we decided to pull together this site to help others facing what we’d faced.  No one should have to go through what we went through, but sadly it keeps on happening.  No one should have to go through not knowing about the infidelity – it is just not fair.  So we searched for the best information and products to help you find out if your spouse or partner is cheating and then make a decision about what to do about the affair.

Our Stories

M was cheated on by her husband of five years, and after trying to reconcile for another year, she finally gave up – he couldn’t give up his other woman.  She says that at first she felt embarrassed that she had put up with his bad behavior for so long.  Somehow she felt like she should be ashamed for what had happened.  Later after going on to the forum survivinginfidelity.com (which she recommends you do when you are looking for support) she realized this was a normal reaction.  She is well over the ex now – and happy to be rid of him – and newly remarried and pregnant!  There is light at the end, you just need to make your way through.

Two years ago, P started to feel like something wasn’t quite right with her relationship with her fiance. She was excited about planning the wedding and they were looking forward to a long holiday in South America after the big day.  But her fiance became less and less interested in the wedding.  She thought that was normal – many men aren’t that interested in wedding plans.  But then he stopped wanting to talk about the holiday -  P knew that one of his dreams was to visit South America, and they were taking extended leave from work to explore the continent properly.  He just brushed her conversations about the trip aside.  He also became increasingly busy at work, and started going on regular business trips.  One day P just knew: ‘He was having an affair – it was so obvious, but I had been in denial.’  It took a long time to get proof as he was sneaky, hiding his tracks.  But finally she did and she called both the wedding and the trip off. It was over.  It took a while to get back onto her feet – she had never felt so devastated after a breakup before and like M, she was embarrassed to call off the wedding.  But she survived – she is back out dating and has recently met someone serious.  Go P!
